1ST QUALITY JEANS: These jeans are from production over-runs, closeouts or overstocks. They are guaranteed perfect and usually come with all tags.

"A" QUALITY JEANS: These new jeans are top level irregulars (seconds) with minor, mostly undetectable flaws. Most were not considered 1st Quality only because their color or washing did not exactly match the customer's specs. Thus we can guarantee that 80% - 90% of our A Quality jeans will have no visible defects at all.

"IR" QUALITY JEANS: These jeans have very minor factory defects that are visible on close inspection. Most have a faint white sewing line. No holes, tears,fraying or other major defects.

BRAND NAMES: We inspect all shipments to assure they are genuine. However, because we usually do not have original release paperwork, we can not always legally prove authenticity. Only the owners of registered trademaks can authorize marketing of their brands.

SHIPPING: All items offered are in our warehouse, and orders are shipped within 48 hrs. of receipt. We ship UPS Ground or insured truck(250 lbs.+) and charge only the actual cost. There are no added fees or handling charges.

RETURN POLICY: Within 15 days, complete cartons may be returned for full refund less a 15% restocking charge. Shipping charges can not be refunded.
